Service Description

As your bar consultant, I will approach projects like a design project. I will work closely with you as a client and guide you trough all the steps to take. First we start with a brainstorm with the team to hear more about the wishes, ambition and direction and extensive research on the (local) market and worldwide cocktail trends. With these results in hand we’ll move forward. Creating a strong beverage concept suiting the style of the brand and the theme of the venue and perfecting this into all the small details of the bar. For the different phases we will provide sketches, moodboards and descriptions which gives the possibility to give feedback any moment in the process. This will be the start of creating truly unique experiences for the bar. Thinking about all the senses. Tailor made beverage programs with drinks that tickle the 5 senses, have a sense of storytelling and totally suiting the concept of the place. What will the guest smell entering the bar? How do we want them to feel when leaving the bar? Think about the decor on the bar, the outfits of the bartenders and how to put down a strong logistic plan for speed and consistency.
